Refund policy

At Crystely, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Product

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, you can request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • A clear unboxing video

  • A video or photos showing the issue clearly

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the product.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included

  • The request must be raised within 3 Days after delivery

Note: Return will only be processed when the valid evidence is provided.



Non-Returnable Situations

We may not accept returns if:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery

  • The request is raised after the allowed claim period

  • Proper proof (unboxing video or issue evidence) is not provided

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • The amount will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
