Cancellation Policy

At Crystely, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or modify your order. Please review our cancellation policy below.

• Orders can be cancelled or modified only before dispatch from our warehouse.
• Cancellation or modification requests must be made within 3 hours of placing the order.
• Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
• If you cancel after shipping, a ₹99 cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
