🔄 Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges if:

  • You received a wrong product or model

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery

If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or initiate a refund.

Returns are accepted only if a replacement product is unavailable.

Please note:

  • No returns for minor color/design variations

  • No returns for change of mind

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Record an unboxing video if the parcel is damaged

  • Share photos/videos within 3 days for defective or incorrect items
